CLUB EVENT:  NEW!  October 12th:  The 38th Annual trip to an Apple & Pumpkin Picking Event will be held at the same location as last year – Jonamac Orchards, 19412 Shabbona Road, Malta, Illinois - about 5 miles West of DeKalb, to pick apples and possibly pumpkins (if any are left). We are developing an assembly place for a cruise together to the orchard. Our monthly meeting will be held that day.  We may be having dinner at a restaurant to be determined after the orchard event.

If you want to travel on a cruise with us, we will be meeting at First Merit Bank, 2430 West Indian Trail Road (just West of Orchard) in Aurora, Illinois, in the NorthWest corner of the parking lot. Meeting time is 10:00am. Be there!

October 19th:  Chicago Rallye Central presents The Famous Ghost Hunt, a gimmick rallye starting at 6:00pm at Woodfield Mall, West of Firestone.

NEW!  November 23rd and 24th:   5th Annual Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show at Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.  Last year they had over 550 cars from 27 states and over 200 automotive vendors. Special this year: The very first 427 Cobra built in conjunction with Ford, a CSX3002.  Sold last year to a private collector for $4 Million.
